Through your admission to the PRBA, all members automatically become members of the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) and the Urban Land Institute (ULI).
The NAHB is an organization that strives to protect the American Dream of housing opportunities for all, while working to achieve professional success for its members who build communities, create jobs and strengthen our economy.
For its part, the ULI is the oldest and largest network of cross-disciplinary real estate and land use experts in the world. Through their dedication to the mission and shared expertise amongst its members, the Institute has been able to set standards of excellence in development practice.
Directed to those whose principal business is building or rebuilding homes, apartments, schools, commercial, industrial, or other structures normally related and appertaining a community.
Applicants shall be endorsed by at least 2 Builder Members in good standing.
Includes individuals or companies that areeligible for builder membership but areoperating as a non-for-profit entity, certifiedby the federal and or state government andwhose core operation is non for profit.
Focused on non-licensed professionals who are key allies of real estate developers (eg. bankers, general contractors, construction suppliers, designers, consultants). Is open to any person, firm or corporation engaged in any allied trade or industry within the territorial jurisdiction of this Association.
Applicants shall be endorsed by at least 2 Builder Members in good standing.
Only available for local companies or individuals whose business requires license from the government, i.e. real estate brokers, professional architects, engineers, lawyers, CPA.
It is our goal to provide leadership opportunities to a new generation of professionals in our organization. As such, this membership is reserved for college students who request and obtain admission.
Available for United States residents, individuals or companies, whose main office is established in any of the fifty states of the NATIONAL Union, that request and obtain admission.
Open to any employees of NAHB member’s companies to become member of NAHB at a reduced rate. Both builders and associate can be Affiliate Members.
Available to Public or Government affiliate members(public agencies or any other federal or state entity whorequest admission to the Association as an affiliate andhonorary member).
Ideal for those whose principal business is building or rebuilding homes, apartments, schools, commercial, industrial, or other structures normally related and appurtenant to a community.

1. Builder Member Applicants shall be endorsed by at least 2 Builder Members in good standing.
